Inner
Oneness
What now?
To experience what is deep inside us? What purpose does
this serve?
By doing
so, we connect to our inner = deeper energetic side.
This non-material side is connected, via several layers,
to our True Being. By gradually following this path,
connecting each time to a deeper layer, we will finally
meet our Deepest Essence. We will meet then our own
Inner Peace and arrive at the place in ourselves where
criticism will no longer be heard and where All
is Well.
This is not an easy way, because all resistance in our self
will be encountered on this path. By gracefully allowing
and accepting everything that we meet all
our resistance and pain will slowly dissolve.
This is
the only way to go. Once arrived at Your Inner Self,
the discovery will be made that all the power, peace
and satisfaction that you have been looking for outside
yourself, will be found deep inside you.
Once you
made peace with what-is, and as a result arrived finally
in the here-and-now, Inner OneNess has been achieved.
Sounds nice? I think it is the most beautiful goal to
aim at.
We all have learned that what happens outside us is
very important, so important that we think it is more
important than what can be heard/felt deep inside us.
As a result of this collective misunderstanding we have
lost the way. Once we will understand what the True
Priority is we will be able to rearrange our life and
the world in the right manner. True Peace will happen
when we understand that arranging our world must come
from inner harmony. As long as we try to accomplish
it the other way around, we will fail.
In the
book 'Life and Teaching of the Masters of the Far East'
(by Baird T. Spalding),
an enlightened
Master (Emil) speaks about Oneness and the connection
to our inner side which should be established to
obtain this:
Emil
said: 'Silence is power, for when we reach the place
of silence in mind, we have reached the place of power—the
place where all is one, the one power—God. Be still
and know that I am God. Diffused power is noise. Concentrated
power is silence. When, through concentration (drawing
to a center), we have brought all of our forces into
one point of force, we have contacted God in silence,
we are one with Him and hence one with all power. This
is the heritage of man. I and the Father are one.
There is but one way to be one with the power of God
and that is consciously to contact God. This cannot
be done in the without, for God manifests from within.
The Lord is in His holy temple; let all the earth keep
silent before Him. Only as we turn from the without
to the silence of the within can we hope to make conscious
union with God. We will realize that His power is for
us to use and we will use it at all times. Then we will
know that we are one with His power. Then will humanity
be understood. Man will learn to let go of self-delusions
and vanities. He will realize his ignorance and littleness.
Then will he be prepared to learn. He will realize that
the proud cannot be taught. He will know that only the
humble can perceive the Truth. His feet will feel the
firm rock, he will no longer stumble, he will be poised
in decision.'
